Wedding Party Accomodations

We can fully accommodate wedding parties of up to 30 people in our elegant and exclusive bed and breakfast and vacation home properties. Each house is newly remodeled with all the amenities including High Speed WiFi, and Off Street Parking. We are also located just minutes from Niagara Falls and the major attractions. Just a short 1.9 Mile walk or drive gets you up close and personal to this wonder of nature and the romantic setting for your ceremony.

Since the passage of the Marriage Equality Act, same-sex couples are now able to legally marry in our New York State. This legislation has opened the door for gay and lesbian couples to say “I do” at one the world’s most fascinating and romantic locations, Niagara Falls, USA.

Merle and Helena Smouse are not only your humble hosts focused on making your stay in Niagara Falls  a memorable one and your wedding ceremony an unforgettable moment in your lives together, they are also dedicated to being “Ambassadorship” to the great region of Niagara Falls, USA.

Helena Smouse is from Belarus she moved to the United States and became a citizen in 2004. She holds a bachelors degree in science and was a School Teacher in both Belarus and Latvia before immigrating to the US to pursue the American dream of being a small business owner. Helena now owns and operates 5 vacation properties in Niagara Falls, NY. She is  fluent in Russian, Belarusian, Polish and Latvian.

Merle Smouse has been doing business locally for nearly 40 years and is an ordained minister that is authorized to do a diverse variety of wedding ceremonies. He holds certifications as a Wedding Offciciant and Credentials of Ministry from Universal Life Church as well as a Certificate of Marriage Officiant Registration for the City of New York.
